We set up a special after-sales service team to carry out on-site and workshop maintenance services. We promise our customers that we will make them satisfied. Our on-site engineers will not only provide services for our own products, but also provide maintenance services for the products required by customers.
Our after-sales service philosophy is: the customer's problem is our problem, we will try our best to help them solve any problem. Our on-site service includes: technical support at the beginning, provision of spare parts, on-site maintenance, valve modification, etc.
Our service capabilities include the following:
· Product debugging
· Field fault detection and maintenance
· Process analysis and research
· Stress finite element analysis, system upgrade, weak link analysis and actuator selection
· Engineering application, fluid analysis and material selection
· Non destructive testing, X-ray inspection and ut inspection
· Design of special fixture
· Sales of fixtures
During the process of using the product, if the product is found to be unable to be used normally, the customer can immediately consult the after-sales service department of the marketing center, and specify the model, specification, use environment, failure situation, purchase date and service requirements of the product. If the after-sales service department has put forward the treatment suggestions, if it is still unable to solve, it shall decide to send someone or do other treatment.
